ENZU POS is an Android app and runs on Android 7.0 and later. It has been tested on devices including the Sunmi D3 Mini and Sunmi T2 Mini S. Please check with us before buying new hardware.

The Swissbit USB TSE is available. Further options such as the Swissbit microSD TSE and the ENZU TSE Server on the LAN are partially implemented.

Yes. myPOS is supported as an integrated terminal via LAN or Bluetooth. Other terminals can be used in standalone mode: the payment is made on the terminal and confirmed at the register.

The interface is available in German, English and Vietnamese, set per device. Receipts are always printed in German.

Yes, evenly or by item. A split bill currently can't be paid by card – cash and gift vouchers are available for that.

Create a local backup under Settings. When restoring, ENZU POS checks that the fiscal data stays consistent and aborts otherwise.

A retail workspace is in development but not yet released. Barcode scanning and scales are not available yet.

You'll receive an individual quote – depending on your business mode, number of registers and the hardware you need.

Set up a printer under Settings → Sales → Printers. The receipt or report was still created, just not printed.

Test the connection, check paper and cover, and check Bluetooth, USB or LAN. Then print again using "Reprint".

Turn on Bluetooth, grant the permission and choose "Search nearby".

Switch on and connect the terminal, check the provider, IP address and port. Alternatively choose another payment method.

The card may already have been charged. Do not charge again – open the order that is shown. If in doubt, contact support.

Check that the TSE is plugged in and USB access has been allowed. If the message persists, please contact support before continuing to sell.

Check the PIN (4–6 digits). An administrator can reset the PIN under Users.

Park or cancel the open order first.
