Hosting and delivery
The website runs on a server operated by Contabo GmbH in Germany. It is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes requests to protect against attacks and deliver content quickly. Technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested page are processed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
Contact form
When you write to us via the form, we store your details (name, business, email, phone, industry, message) and an anonymised hash of your IP address for abuse prevention in our database, in order to process your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties.
ENZU AI Support
When you use the chat assistant, your message is sent to our server and from there to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA) to generate an answer. Please do not enter personal data, payment details or passwords in the chat. For each request we only store technical usage data (time, language, anonymised IP hash), not the content of the conversation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
